A Long Time to Deliberate: Kavanaugh’s Decidedly Conservative Court

The nomination of Kavanaugh and subsequent creation of a definitively conservative Court will likely not result in the immediate overturn of cases like Roe v. Wade and Obergefell v. Hodges.
