Anyone Want To Be “On Board with Mitt”?

By

Comments about the “47 percent” and the attack in Libya have made for a rough couple of weeks for Governor Romney and his campaign team in Boston.

Now this: after smoke filled the cabin of his wife’s plane and forced an emergency landing in Denver, Governor Romney remarked:

When you have a fire in an aircraft, there’s no place to go, exactly, there’s no — and you can’t find any oxygen from outside the aircraft to get in the aircraft, because the windows don’t open. I don’t know why they don’t do that. It’s a real problem.

Basically, you really don’t want to be on an airplane with the Romneys right now. Which makes his recent fundraising push so unfortunate:

Mitt Romney just can’t catch a break right now.

Fantastic. Forget questions about whether he’s qualified to be commander in chief. Is he even qualified to sit in an emergency exit row?
